Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (Monday through Friday) with a cut-off time of 5:00 PM EST. Shipments are transported via trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) with an estimated transit time of 3 to 7 business days. Standard flat-rate shipping is $6.99 USD nationwide.

Delivery and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all purchased goods pass to you upon handover to the shipping carrier. We provide authentic tracking codes for all shipments. In the event a package is confirmed lost in transit after a formal carrier search, our support team will provide a free replacement or complete refund.

Returns, Inspections, and Refunds

Customers may initiate a return within 30 calendar days from delivery confirmation. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors or cosmetic marks, and returned with original tags attached. Approved refunds are credited to your original PayPal account within 10 business days following warehouse inspection. There are no restocking fees ($0.00).
