Cancel/Change Order

At emsaedi.com, all our apparel and merchandise are designed in-house, manufactured in our independent production facilities, and dispatched directly from our workshop to your address. Because our direct-from-workshop fulfillment operates on a rapid 1 business day handling timeframe, order modifications and cancellation requests must follow a strict schedule.

Order Cancellation Guidelines

• Grace Period: You may request an order cancellation within 2 hours of completing checkout. Within this 2-hour window, your order has not yet entered our automated cutting, fabrication, or packing queues.

• How to Request Cancellation: Send an immediate email to [email protected] with the subject line "CANCEL ORDER - [Your Order Number]".

• Cancellation Approval & Refund: If submitted within the valid timeframe, our team will immediately cancel your order and initiate a 100% full refund back to your original PayPal account within 10 business days.

• Cancellations Beyond 2 Hours: Once the 2-hour grace period has passed, orders move directly into fabric cutting, sewing, or postal carrier sorting and cannot be halted or canceled. In this case, please accept delivery and initiate a standard return under our 30-day return policy.

Order Changes & Modifications

• Modifications Allowed: Within the 2-hour window, you may request changes to garment sizing, color selection within the same product line, or corrections to typos in your delivery address.

• How to Request a Change: Email [email protected] with the subject line "CHANGE ORDER - [Your Order Number]" and specify the exact modifications required.

• Adding New Items: For security and transaction consistency, we cannot manually add additional paid items to an existing authorized PayPal transaction. If you wish to purchase additional products, please place a separate order through our website.

• Modifications After Dispatch: Once your package is handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and a tracking number is generated, we cannot modify addresses, items, or shipping speeds.

Shipping Address Corrections

• Customer Responsibility: Buyers are responsible for providing complete, valid, and deliverable shipping addresses at the time of checkout.

• Immediate Address Updates: If you notice an error in your street address, apartment number, or ZIP code, contact us immediately within 2 hours at [email protected].

• Undeliverable / Returned Packages: If an order is returned to our facility due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be contacted to provide a verified destination. Re-shipping postage will apply to dispatch the package to the corrected address.

Store-Initiated Order Cancellations

emsaedi.com reserves the right to cancel an order under specific circumstances, including:

• Payment Verification Failure: If a PayPal transaction cannot be authorized or is flagged for suspected fraud.

• Undeliverable Destination: If the destination address is invalid or cannot be serviced by our standard carrier partners (USPS, UPS, FedEx).

• Material or Stock Unavailability: In rare cases where an item fails our workshop pre-dispatch quality inspection and cannot be reproduced promptly.

• Notification & Refund: If we must cancel your order, our team will notify you via email immediately and execute a complete 100% refund to your original PayPal account within 10 business days.
